In-Store Exchange Service

Our store in Wooloowin offers an in-store Exchange Service and it's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Using our Exchange Service removes the traditional hassle of peer to peer options like Facebook Marketplace meaning you don't need to photograph, list, negotiate and organise a meeting, whilst benefiting both your wallet and the environment.

We can only accept items for exchange in-store. 

  1. Bring in your items for Exchange. 
    We will offer you a Store Credit for your items. 

    The Store Credit we offer you will depend on the what the items are, their condition and the number of items you bring in. 

  2. Spend your Store Credit as you like. There's no expiry date or hidden fees to spend your credit.

    Just provide your details to keep track of your balance. 

  3. Pay the below fee to use our Exchange service.
