Rent a Rail - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read our T&Cs. Booking your rail is acceptance

1. Rental Fee & Duration

The rental fee is as follows:

    • UPPER RAIL $60 per session 
    • LOWER RAIL $68 per session 
  • A session runs from Monday to the end of Saturday. (Closed Sunday) 
  • Payment must be made in advance to secure your rail at Dash Baby & Kids. (DBK)

    • MOVE IN - Monday morning 9:30am 

    • MOVE OUT - Saturday afternoon 12:00pm 

      • We encourage you to arrive promptly on Monday morning, ready to hang up your items - please ensure they are securely labelled prior to arriving. 
      • You must pack down and collect your unsold items on Saturday afternoon no later than 12:15pm. 

2. Items for sale 

  • All items placed on the rail must be in clean, excellent condition.
  • DBK reserves the right to remove any items deemed unsuitable.
  • All items must have a Seller Tag securely attached prior to hanging.

 3. Pricing 

  • Pricing is set by the Seller 
  • The Seller is responsible for securely labelling all items with a chosen price. 
  • Pricing should take into account the 15% fee paid to DBK per item. 
  • Any agreed discounts or promotions will be discussed in advance.

4. Liability 

  • We will take every reasonable step to monitor your items whilst in our store. 
  • DBK is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to items placed on the rail. 

5. Additional Fees and Charges 

  • Each seller is allocated 60 Price Tags per rental. These need to be collected in advance from DBK. 
    • Additional price tags are charged at $2.50 (10), $5 (25), $7.50 (50)
  • DBK can offer a Full Service price, label and hang service starting at $42/hour. 
    • This service must be booked in advance to ensure adequate staffing. 
  • A $30 pack down/Storage Fee will be charged if you do not collect any unsold items on the last day of your rental. 

6. General Guidelines 

  • Please ensure your items are ready for display at the start of your rental week. 
  • Unsold items must be collected promptly at the end of your rental period. 
  • Any items left behind by close of business on the Tuesday following your rental period will be donated or disposed of at the discretion of DBK. 
  • By renting a rail, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
